  • project type
  • message content

3. Purpose and Legal Basis

We process your data to respond to your inquiry and to take steps prior to entering into a contract for design services.

Legal basis for processing:

  • Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — processing necessary to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract
  • Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — legitimate interest of the controller: establishing and maintaining business contact

4. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as necessary to handle your inquiry, and thereafter for the period required by law or until potential claims are time-barred — no longer than 5 years from the last contact.

5. Recipients of Data

Data may be shared only with processors with whom we have concluded a data processing agreement:

  • Hostinger International Ltd. — hosting and server infrastructure provider

We do not sell personal data or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.

7. Cookies and localStorage

This website does not use tracking or profiling cookies. The only item stored locally is your visual theme preference (light / dark) — this data remains solely in your browser and is never sent to our servers or shared with third parties.

8. Voluntary Nature of Data Provision

Providing data in the contact form is voluntary, but necessary in order to respond to your inquiry. Failing to provide the required fields prevents the form from being submitted.
